Note: This Add On is retired and is no longer listed in the PMPro Add Ons directory. The PayPal Payflow gateway is also deprecated. It is not recommended for new sites. For PayPal payments, use the PayPal Gateway Add On.
We have developed an Add On to synchronize Payflow recurring orders and cancellations with Paid Memberships Pro. It was built for sites using the Payflow Pro gateway option in Paid Memberships Pro with recurring subscriptions.
We plan to eventually roll this plugin into the core Paid Memberships Pro plugin, but are for now keeping this as a separate Add On as we finalize development.
The plugin will add a script to WP CRON to run every hour. The script checks all members against the Payflow API to see if their subscription is still active and if any new recurring orders have come in. New recurring orders are added to PMPro, and an invoice is emailed to the member. If a payment fails, the script will cancel the membership in PMPro and email the member.
Installation
- Upload the ‘pmpro-payflow-recurring-orders’ directory to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory of your site.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- That’s it. No settings.
