From your WordPress Admin Dashboard navigate to Memberships > Dashboard to get an overview of your membership site.

The quick search bar in the PMPro admin header lets you instantly find members, orders, subscriptions, levels, discount codes, settings pages, reports, and even PMPro documentation.

The Memberships > Members page in the WordPress admin displays a sortable report of your members. The list can be filtered in a few ways, including viewing All Members, for a specific Membership Level, or by membership status (cancelled, expired, or past members).

Navigate to Memberships > Orders to see all orders that have been generated for a new membership checkout or recurring payment received.

A subscription is an agreement with a customer to make payments at set intervals. A subscription is usually associated with a membership, though they are not the same thing. Subscriptions manage payments, whereas memberships manage the member’s access to restricted content.

Four basic reports are included in your Paid Memberships Pro “Memberships” admin area. These reports highlight Sales and Revenue, Signups and Cancellations, Active Members by Level, as well as data for Member Visits, Views and Logins.

The Memberships > Settings > Level page in the WordPress admin allows you to create and edit the Membership Levels for your membership site.

The Memberships > License page allows members to validate their license key and gain additional access. A license key unlocks the ability to install, activate, and update premium Add Ons in your membership site. License keys are only assigned to customers with an active paid membership.
