Restrict Membership by Email or Username
Register Helper allows you to restrict registration for a specific membership level by either their Email Address or the chosen Username for the member. This feature is useful for closed membership groups that have a specific list of people that are allows to join or upgrade.
- Navigate to Memberships > Settings > Levels in the WordPress admin.
- Edit a membership level.
- Locate the “Restrict by Email” heading. To restrict signups to specific email addresses, enter those email addresses in the field, one per line. If left blank, signups will not be restricted.
- Locate the “Restrict by Username” heading. To restrict signups to specific users or usernames, enter those usernames in the field, one per line. If left blank, signups will not be restricted.
