The Launch Challenge is for you if…

You already have the hard part. You’ve written the posts, recorded the videos, built the audience, maybe sold a PDF or a course on somebody else’s platform. What you don’t have is a place of your own that takes money.

That’s what this week is for. We handle the tech and the setup. You bring the content and show up.

This is your week if:

You have content already, published or ready to publish. A newsletter, a back catalog of posts, a course living on Kajabi, downloads on Gumroad, a few years of anything.

You have an audience, even a small one.

You own a domain, or you’re buying one this week. It needs to be pointed at us before we start.

You want to charge for access and you’ve been stuck on where it would even live.

Come back for a later cohort if:

You’re starting from zero content. Five days won’t fill a library.

If that’s where you are, grab the AI Membership Blueprint, build your library, and watch for the next round.

What the Week Looks Like

Three live calls a day at 9:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm ET, and you work on your site in between. That working time is the challenge part.

DayDateWhat you’re doing
1Wed, Sep 16Decide What You’re Selling. Your offer, your buyer, your price. No tech today
2Thu, Sep 17Build the Level and the Checkout. By tonight you can take a payment
3Fri, Sep 18Get Your Content In. Publish it, organize it, put it behind the paywall
4-5Sat & SunYou have the weekend to bang out more work. Or reflect. We’ll be around in Slack to unblock you.
6Mon, Sep 21Test, Email, and Polish. The buy-to-access flow, your emails, your sales page
7Tue, Sep 22Launch Day. Final checks, write the announcement, hit send

That’s fifteen live sessions in five days. Each one is its own lesson in the course, recorded and transcribed, so you can go back to any of it later.

Thursday’s midday session is our public Open Office Hours on Member Onboarding at 11:00am ET instead of the 1:00pm call. You attend that one with us, and then we stay on afterward for a cohort-only debrief where we take what you just heard and apply it to your site while it’s fresh.

What You Walk Out With,
Live on Your Own Domain

Your Product

A membership level (one-time or recurring), named and priced.

Real Content Behind It

Start with a handful of pieces, not your whole catalog.

A Working Checkout

Someone can pay you and get access. Tested, on your live site.

Email Connected

Your transactional and marketing email hooked up.

Your Launch Email

Written, scheduled, and sent before you leave the last call.

Every Session, On Tape

Fifteen recordings and transcripts, yours to keep.

We get you to sellable, not sold. Nobody can guarantee your audience buys in week one. By Tuesday, you own a real, working product that people can pay for.

What’s Included

Fifteen live sessions across five days with Kim, Sam, and the PMPro team

Recordings and transcripts of every call, yours to keep

Three months of PMPro Max, which covers managed hosting, SSL, backups, transactional email, and all 80+ Add Ons

Your site live on your own domain before Day 1. Provisioned, configured, SSL issued, ready to build on

Migration of your existing site, if you have one, done before the challenge starts

Access to our AI Skills Library, tuned to your business before the week starts

Before You Can Join

These are the terms of participating.
We’ll help you with all of them (especially the technical ones).

  1. You’re going to host your website with us. This is the best hosting for your membership site. It keeps the cost down, gives us the access we need to make updates to your website and ensures that you won’t ever have techincal issues that cost you sales.
  2. You own your domain, and it’s pointed at us before we start. Your site is live on our server before the first call on September 16. If you have an existing WordPress site, we migrate it beforehand. If you’re starting fresh, we point the domain and stand the site up for you. Nobody spends a minute of this week waiting on DNS.
  3. You have content. Published somewhere, or written and ready to publish.
  4. You can show up. Three calls a day for five days, plus the work in between. If those hours don’t work for you, tell us in the application.

How to Apply

Applications close Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

#1

Fill out the application. About ten minutes. We ask what you’re selling, what content you have, and whether you can commit to the schedule.

#2

We read applications in the order they come in. No advantage to a long answer, just an honest one.

#3

If you’re approved, you’ll get an email with a private checkout link.

#4

Complete checkout to confirm your seat. Approval doesn’t hold anything. The seat is yours when you’ve checked out. Don’t over think it.

Questions People Ask

I already have a WordPress site. What happens to it?

We migrate it to our hosting before the challenge starts. That’s included, and it’s done and live on your domain before September 16 so you’re building on day one instead of waiting on a transfer.

What if I don't have my domain yet?

Buy it before you apply, or right after. We need it pointed at our servers before the first call, and registrars can be slow, so this is the one piece of homework worth doing early.

What if I miss a call?

Everything is recorded and transcribed. The calls are where you get unstuck, though, so we’re approving people who can actually be there.

Are the times negotiable?

The application asks. Plan on 9:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm ET, and tell us if that’s a problem so we can see what the cohort needs.

Do I need to know WordPress?

No. That’s the part we take off your plate.

What if I don't finish by Tuesday?

You keep your hosting, your Max plan, the recordings, and the site. Finish it the following week.

Live and selling in 1 week.
