Here’s a useful code recipe for sites using the membership shortcode to show unique content based on the membership level of the user. The code recipe will show “Log In” and “Register” links at the bottom of any post that uses the [membership] shortcode.
To show this message inline where the content is redacted, you can instead just set the show_noaccess attribute on the shortcode.
