If you offer money back guarantees (like we do on our PMPro and Managed Hosting memberships), you’ll sometimes have people ask for refunds after becoming a member of your site. A small percentage of these refunds might be from people who never intended to pay at all (they were doing some kind of hit and run on your content), but most will be from people who just didn’t know what they were buying or honestly didn’t benefit from membership.

WordPress.org user mvp29 found a critical bug in the MemberOrder class that was introduced in version 1.2.3 of the plugin. This bug kept recurring subscriptions from being setup. Any member who signed up on your site while running 1.2.3 would have been billed the initial payment amount but will not be billed going forward.
In the WordPress admin, navigate to Memberships > Settings and select Levels. From here you can create a new level or edit existing levels.
Changes to existing membership levels will only apply to new checkouts. Existing users with a recurring payment subscriptions will not be affected by the changes.
Paid Memberships Pro® is distributed under the GPLv2 license. This means, among other things, that you may use the software on this site or any other site free of charge.
